Daily Belief Challenge Preview

The Daily Belief Challenges you to confront old beliefs and helps you look at new healthy ways to deal with them.

Old belief – I am more concerned about others happiness than my own happiness.

Example – I make sure my friends and family are doing well and are happy before I check in with my own happiness.

New belief – My happiness is important.

Example – I know in order to help anyone else with their imbalances, I need to work on my own first. I will work on my happiness and sharing it with others.
