Summary

Your daily effort during this second week should be from 3-5 minutes, three times a day with an additional 1-2 minutes as needed throughout your day. It is important to make the effort to feel the inside of yourself, starting from your skin and moving in as far as you want to go. Be sure to practice the Diaphragmatic Breath as often as you can until it becomes natural.

Your commitment to your practice is starting to form in the habit center of your brain. Your brain will be questioning the reason for this habitual change. If you find you cannot commit to The BASICS or work thorough issues regarding change of habit, please consult your local wellness practitioner for assistance or join The TOTAL Concept for support in making the changes necessary to reach your practice goal. Stay at week two until you have met your goal.
